Is the sample really free?
Yes. The products and the delivery are free, and there is nothing to return. You do not need an account or a card.
Who can ask for a sample?
Laboratories, universities, hospitals and companies with a delivery address in the EU. We ask for a work or university email; companies also give their VAT or registration number. University and public research labs, including PhD students, only need their university email.
How many pieces do I get?
A few pieces of each product: enough to run it in your autosampler, crimper or filtration step. Up to 3 different products per company.
How fast does it arrive?
In-stock items are packed within 1 working day. Items with a lead time ship in 2-3 weeks. Samples go from the Czech Republic (EU) with the normal courier: 1 working day to Czech addresses, 1-3 to Germany, Austria, Poland and Slovakia, and 2-8 to the rest of the EU.
What happens after the test?
Nothing, unless you want it to. If you tick the box in the form, we send one email about 10 days after delivery with the price of a full pack. The product pages show the same price, and you can order the same SKU any time.
Can I sample a product that is not in stock?
Yes. Search for it by catalogue number or name in the form. It has a lead time, so your sample ships in 2-3 weeks.
What do you do with my details?
We use them to send the sample and, only if you agree, for the one follow-up email. We do not add you to a newsletter and do not share your details with anyone except the courier.
