How we compare prices
When we say a product costs less than elsewhere, this is what we compared and how. Every comparison is dated and disappears automatically after 30 days unless we check it again.
The method
- Same specification. Same volume, dimensions, thread, material and pack contents. Where pack sizes differ, we convert to the same number of pieces.
- Lowest price we found. For each item we checked the public online shops of large lab distributors selling in the EU and used the lowest price, including any promotion running on that day.
- Like for like. Both prices exclude VAT and delivery, for a single pack, without account or volume discounts.
- Dated and on file. We keep the supplier, part number, page address and date for every comparison. Ask us at sales@erohe-lab.com if you want the details for a product.
Price match for EU suppliers
If you find the same item for less at another supplier in the EU, send us the link and we match the price for your order.
- Same item. Same specification and pack contents, or we compare the price per piece.
- EU supplier, public price. The supplier sells online to businesses in the EU and shows the price excluding VAT on its website.
- Normal offer. In stock at that supplier; not a clearance sale, auction or one-off contract price.
- How it works. We reply by email with the matched price, valid for 14 days for the quantity you asked about.
