About this product
Blue polypropylene short-thread screw cap (9-425) with a blue PTFE / white silicone septum and a 5.5 mm centre hole. The PTFE face sits against the sample and resists solvents; the silicone layer reseals after the needle is withdrawn, so a vial can be injected more than once.
Fits the EROHE 2 ml vials ER00345 (clear) and ER00346 (amber) and other 11.6 × 32 mm vials with a 9 mm short-thread neck. Ordered together with the vials in equal packs, both get 5% off in the cart.
Questions buyers ask
Which vials does this cap fit?
Vials with a 9 mm short-thread neck (9-425), including EROHE ER00345 (clear) and ER00346 (amber) and other standard 11.6 × 32 mm screw vials.
Why PTFE/silicone?
The PTFE face sits against the sample and resists solvents. The silicone layer seals around the needle and closes again after it is withdrawn, so a vial can be injected more than once.
What is the 5.5 mm centre hole for?
It exposes the septum for the autosampler needle while the cap holds the septum firmly in place.
Can I get a discount with vials?
Yes. Order the same number of packs of ER00345 or ER00346 vials and these caps, and both get 5% off on top of the quantity discount.
