Questions about the report

What is the difference between known and unknown impurity?

Choose known impurity when you know or suspect which compound it is, for example a pharmacopoeial or published impurity, and need the structure confirmed. Choose unknown impurity when the compound has not been identified yet.

What do I send after ordering?

Reply to your order confirmation email with your analytical data: chromatograms, spectra and, if you have one, details of the isolated sample. We then confirm the scope with you. The details you enter on this page are already in the order.

How long does a report take?

It depends on the data you already have and whether the impurity must be isolated first. We confirm the scope and the timeline by email after your order, before any work starts.

I have several impurities. Is there a discount?

Yes. Add one report per impurity, or ask for a bulk quote and we will price the whole project.

Can I pay by invoice?
